All I ask from a septic company is honesty and dependability and I got both from Complete Septic. I called to get my tank pumped and lines jetted. Shaun told me he was a little backed up but he could pump the tank and do the jetting in a couple of weeks. I was good with that. He even came back to pump the tank a couple of times while we were waiting for the jetting. He found a few other problems and was very up front about what I was looking at. He also put some risers in to make it much easier to get it pumped. He was honest about pricing and kept me informed of where we were at costwise. I will continue to use Complete Septic and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I scheduled an inspection with Shaun for a home I was looking to purchase and he understood my need for a quick turnaround and set me up for Lou to do the inspection right away. Lou was absolutely top notch. He not only did a thorough inspection he took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly-from the concerns that he had to what I should do to ensure it lasted as long as possible. I had never had a septic before and he took the time to educate me about what was important. I ended up not purchasing that property but the one I did purchase also has a septic and I will be hiring Complete Septic for all maintenance and repair needs! I currently live in Florida but being from the area, a friend recommended I call a company from my home town about my septic tank since I bought a house here with my first septic. I explained my issues and asked some questions about it. He informed me about tests that can be done and gave me some great recommendations. Im sorry I didn't get his name, but thank you for your help and advice.

A huge help in coming out to help confirm I had a septic issue. Slight communication issue on scheduling where my understanding was it would be a day or two, so I called another company. However they would have been able to get me in much sooner than I realized. I have no doubt they would have also done a fantastic job as they seemed very knowledgeable.

If you want a company that is knowledgeable, honest and hard working then Complete septic is the right choice. They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond to do things right and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and only use them in the future. Such a rare diamond with all the rip off artists just trying to make a buck! These guys RULE!

Complete septic has been our go to for septic services the last 2 pump outs, and even helped us when our leach lines needed to be blown out. we have been so satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work! I cannot say enough good things about Shaun and his company. He has been beyond kind and helpful to me in taking care of getting my septic issues resolved. I am in the middle of selling my mother's house after her death and right at the end of the inspection process we discovered an issue with the septic system. To say I've been stressed is an understatement but Shaun with little notice by me has come thru, he came out to my mom's house and fixed the issue so now we are able to meet our deadlines and move forward to a closing. I am very pleased with the service I received. I called at 8am and the truck was here by Noon. I had a clog in the line to the septic tank and the driver pumped out the tank and put in a vacuum line and sucked out the clog in the drain line to the house. The driver was very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them highly.

We have tried two other septic companies before finding Complete Septic Service. We had one previous company sell us a part that we were unsure we needed and overall felt it was a sales tactic rather than something necessary. We run a contracting company and know how hard it can be to find good companies to work with. We really appreciated Complete Septic. From the scheduling phone call to the bill everything went smoothly and price was upfront and fair. The owner was professional as well. We will be using them as needed for our septic system moving forward. Very happy with the business and definitely suggest if you're in need.

I never leave reviews but I am a first time homeowner and we needed our septic pumped out. Not only did he arrive on time but he updated us with his status of when he will be there. When he arrived and was doing his job, not only did he do it well but he taught me all I need to know about my tank, and went out of his way to make sure that I knew what I could do over the months to properly maintain the tank without wasting money. We hired Complete Septic to perform an inspection and pump the system on a house we are planning to purchase. Shaun was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We used Complete Septic when we bought our house in December 2020 for an inspection and again today to have our tank cleaned out. These guys are honest, friendly and have fair prices! Corey explained so much to me today because we're never had a septic system before so I had a lot of questions.

I had Shaun service the septic on a house I'm trying to buy. He was very informative, let me know all about the system (i.e. size, condition, ect.). As well as offering advice on how to keep the system in good working order. He fit us into a tight schedule that worked great with our real estate inspections. I highly recommend Complete Septic.

Shaun and Corey are nothing but kind and courteous. Shaun was able to fit my service appointment in to my weird schedule. Corey called ahead of time and showed when stated. We were under contract to purchase a new home with a septic system and had a tight inspection window. Complete Septic was very responsive and able to fit us in on a 2 day notice - which no other company was able to do. Their price was a little higher than others quoted for an inspection, but their ability to come out on short notice was worth it for us. They provided a detailed inspection report with a list of recommended services/repairs.

We knew we were having a problem when the water started backing up and was slow to drain in our house. I called Complete Septic, and they answered the phone on the first ring. They were able to come out that afternoon, and we originally thought it would just be a matter of cleaning out the tank, but it was more involved. We didn't know where our cleanout tank was buried, and it looked like the next step would be a backhoe, then trial and error digging until the tank was found. They had another person with a probe who was able to locate the tank (it can find the rebar in concrete). So they decided to start digging with a shovel, rather than bring in a backhoe. They were able to uncover the cleanout tanks with minimal damage to the lawn, clean them out and then mark the location of the tanks so we will not have this problem again. Their attitude was great- they did what they said they would do, and were very honest. The pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
